Delivery and Shipping Policy

Package Protection

We’ve partnered with Route—a package protection and tracking solution—to give our customers the best possible delivery experience. Route provides low-cost shipping protection to protect your package in the event that it gets lost, stolen, or damaged while in transit.

Route is also a mobile app that allows you to visually track all of your online orders in one place. No need to dig through your email for tracking numbers. Route’s dynamic maps and real-time shipping updates keep you in the loop throughout every part of your delivery. The Route app is available on Android and Apple app stores.

If you experienced an issue with your order, please file a claim with Route’s team here.

Orders in Excess of Individual Limits

We reserve the right to cancel or amend any individual orders in excess of 50 units that are not attached to any previous high-volume agreement or correspondence between the TCR team and the customer.

Shipment Processing Time

We are currently shipping in-stock orders out within 3-5 business days. We are a small business and we do our very best to reflect the products we have in stock.

Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Non-USA Customers

Customs Duties / Taxes / Fees

International buyers assume responsibility for any customs duties, taxes, or tariff charges that are levied by the destination country.

The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches the recipient’s country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be fulfilled by the recipient.

As the US-based seller, we have no control over these charges or have the ability to predict them, as they are levied by the customs authority of the destination country on a case-by-case basis.

COVID-19 Update

Please review United States Postal Service update. [April 1, 2020] The USPS™ received notice that various countries are no longer able to deliver international mail originating from the United States (U.S.) due to service disruptions related to the COVID-19 pandemic. As a result, the Postal Service is unable to accept items destined for affected countries, effective April 3 until further notice.

If your order is affected, we apologize, but we will be forced to cancel your order. The list is constantly changing, sometimes without notice. However, we will always try to stay on top of orders as best we can.
